EMPATHY
“Empathy, to me, means taking the time to truly step into someone else’s experience and feel the world from their perspective. It’s more than understanding their words, it’s also about noticing the emotions behind them, the things they may not say out loud and responding with patience and care. Empathy is choosing to listen without judgment, to acknowledge someone’s feelings as valid and to offer support in a way that makes them feel seen and heard. It is a meaningful strength to have as empathy can make a difference in someone’s day.”
