At Wharton Arts, our commitment to community service extends beyond the stage. While we fundraise to sustain our organization, we also dedicate ourselves to uplifting diverse communities of all ages in New Jersey through impactful initiatives. Last year, we gave over $3,000 to Children’s Specialized Hospital through one of our biggest events of the year, Playathon, where 20% of the money raised is donated to hospitals and other charities every year. From organizing free concerts at hospitals, nursing homes, and independent living residences, to running food drives for local pantries and toy collections for children in need, our efforts reflect a deep belief in giving back.
These acts of service not only foster joy and connection but also help strengthen the communities we call home.
