Friday Webinars at Wharton Arts: Caroline, or Change
November 6 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pmFree
Friday Webinars at Wharton Arts is an hour-long weekly program where artists of different disciplines make authentic connections between art and life through sharing their stories, expertise, and creations. These webinars are curated and hosted by Artistic Director Helen H. Cha-Pyo.
This week’s webinar is Caroline or Change, a Broadway musical; music by Jeanine Tesori and book and lyrics by Tony Kushner. The score combines spirituals, blues, Motown, classical music, Jewish klezmer, and folk music. Learn the score with master teachers Dr. Mesia Austin, NJYS Director of Percussion, and Grant Braddock.
