Explorations in Voice

This group class for the young singer teaches the fundamentals of vocal technique through the preparation and performance of vocal repertoire. Explorations in Voice is a terrific stepping-stone towards private voice lessons or more advanced vocal courses. Students learn the following in an ensemble setting: breath, support, posture/alignment, resonance, basic rhythm and music notation, and sight singing skills. The course culminates in a performance at the end of each season.
