Performing Arts School
This two-week camp is designed to unleash the artist within with classes in movement, acting, and improvisation. From 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. campers learn about theater while preparing for a one-act play from start to finish. On the final day of camp, students will present their production of Dorothy’s Adventures in Oz.
In the afternoon hours campers enjoy guest artist workshops from our talented Wharton Faculty. Monday through Thursday, campers attend the YMCA Pool across the street from 3:30 – 5:30 p.m. This two week camp culminates with a performance on the last Friday of camp at 1:00 p.m. for friends and family featuring a production of Dorothy’s Adventures in Oz with sets, costumes, and lights in our Black Box theater.
