Our Space

About our Locations

The Performing Arts School in Berkeley Heights and the New Jersey Youth Symphony facility in New Providence have over 22,000 square feet of studios and rehearsal rooms. Features include a 100-seat Black Box Theater, a Piano Lab, Recording Studio, and flexible meeting spaces.

Rent Our Space

Wharton Institute for the Performing Arts has space available for rent in our NJYS (New Providence) and PAS (Berkeley Heights) Locations. Space can be used for:

  • Rehearsals
  • Meetings
  • Events

We have rooms, large and small, available during business hours and select evening and weekend hours. The space can be set up for corporate presentations, meetings, large and small ensemble rehearsals, and gala events.

Recording Studio

The Paul Jabara Audio Recording Studio and adjoining Black Box Theater are available for rent and equipped to handle any project from audition videos to professional cast recordings of full musicals. Jazz ensembles, rock groups, chamber musicians, vocalists, and solo instrumentalists can schedule audio and video recordings at Wharton Institute for the Performing Arts (WIPA) by calling 908.790.0700 or contacting Student Services at info@WhartonArts.org.
